Welcome to Spectrum Property Associates, LLC. Founded in 2018, we began by purchasing multi-family homes to fix and flip or to buy and hold the properties.
Due to the uncertainty with current events, we have changed our business model to provide a boutique style assisted living home. This model ensures your loved ones are receiving the attention that they deserve since it is much smaller than the "assisted living" communities.
At this time, all of our units have been rented but we are adding properties as quickly as we can. Please check back for new properties.

At times, we may be able to provide a single room with shared kitchen and/or private/shared bathrooms.

We are in the process of evaluating certain properties in order to develop this type of solution.

We may be able to help your elders stay in the home setting while receiving home cooked meals, laundry, activities with a few other people just like them.
